We are a small non-profit with a mighty heart!

Wellspring Community Support Services is raising money to bring Peer Support and Psychiatric Rehabilitation services to enhance our programs in Tioga County as we provide life enriching services to individuals who experience mental illness. Our services  are designed to help them understand their mental illness.  Services are designed to help the person create a plan to join or rejoin their community through education, skill building and emotional support.  

Our agency has been in operation for over 15 years.  We also operate a drop-in center where individuals with a mental illness can come in from the cold, get a warm meal, have someone to talk to, use a computer and/or just feel connected to another individual.  Our Social Rehabilitation program dives individuals the opportunity to improve their social skills and practice those skills in the community.

All of our programs promote health and wellness.  Each person has access to our nurse who can provide health information and/or Tobacco Cessation counselling.
