Who We Are

Unique in its mission, the Lycoming County Children’s Development Center Preschool is a non-profit preschool program that offers children in the Williamsport region an opportunity to learn and grow in an inclusive classroom setting. It is our goal to provide inclusive services to children of ALL abilities through a caring atmosphere and in partnership with other community agencies. We are working hard to show that our program can positively impact many young children and families in Lycoming County, especially those families with children with cognitive, physical, or social delays.
