Who We Are
Transitions of PA stands beside survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other serious crimes in moments of fear, uncertainty, and crisis — ensuring they are not alone.
In 2026, we are celebrating 50 years of incorporation! For five decades, we've provided free, confidential, and comprehensive services to survivors and families across Union, Snyder, and Northumberland counties—with permanent housing services extending to Columbia, Montour, Schuylkill, Lycoming, and Clinton counties.
Funds from the federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) are being reduced, making local support more critical than ever. Community generosity ensures we answer every hotline call and provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and timely care to every survivor.
