Your Donation Can Make A Difference

Your donation to our nonprofit organization is an important step in helping our local shelters and rescues. By reducing the number of unwanted animals through spaying & neutering, you are giving current adoptable pets the best chance to be placed in forever homes and preventing the suffering of future litters from the lack of food, shelter, and vet care.

The unfortunate truth is not everyone can afford to spay or neuter their pets. During Raise The Region 2025 we would like to raise $3,000 to financially assist residents in our three county area who want to do the right thing and get their pets fixed. Through our Allegheny Spay and Neuter Clinic bus events, the donated funds will be used to give their pet a reduced or free "ride" on the bus. About Us

SUN P.E.T.S. (Prevent Excess Through Sterilization) is an all volunteer nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to solving the dog and cat overpopulation problem in Snyder, Union, and Northumberland (S-U-N) counties. By helping to finance the cost of spaying or neutering of pets of low-income individuals and families, we can reduce the number of homeless cats and dogs through our voucher and bus programs.
