STEP is a Community Action Agency, and we believe in the promise of Community Action:

STEP's mission is to engage diverse individuals, families, and communities in the pursuit of social and economic success. We achieve this by tackling multiple barriers that our customers face simultaneously. We often refer customers to multiple programs at STEP, and when the best solution for a need is found outside of STEP, we help our customers navigate the available services.
