Christian Counseling Services of Central, PA. Inc.

Christian Counseling Services has existed for forty years.  It started with a desire to provide Biblical Counseling to hurting and struggling people, including both Christian's and non-Christians.  People who had unresolved issues from the past and present.  The idea has been to help individuals outside the Christian faith become believers and provide Biblical teaching in discipleship. Established Christians have had an opportunity to grow and mature in their faith while dealing with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues. 

It has been a great honor to work with Christian leaders including pastors, missionaries, teachers, school administrators, youth leaders and also business owners and their employees.  The level of burnout, depression, anxiety, frustration, confusion and discouragement is real to people on the front line of service.  We come alongside them to listen, encourage, support and provide insight, perspective and proactive plans for recovery and rebuilding.

We chose to setup Christian Counseling Services as a nonprofit ministry.  We wanted to offer Christian Counseling to anyone who needed assistance without requiring a fee.  We have served hundreds of people over the years, and presently, who had no money, or very little, to put toward their personal or marital counseling.  Thank God this ministry has been able to raise funds through Raise the Region and other means to continue to provide this very vital service.  We thank God for His faithfulness to us.  We thank God for you, our special donors.
