WHO WE ARE

The West Branch Drug & Alcohol Abuse Commission is a private, non-profit human service agency committed to helping people find their way to recovery since 1974.  We are committed to advocating for those we serve and do all we can to provide them with the tools they need to overcome their challenges.  All our services are kept strictly confidential to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals we care for. We believe a happier, healthier future is in sight for our community with the help of the individualized support and rehabilitation services available at West Branch Drug and Alcohol Abuse Commission.

WHAT WE DO

The Commission serves as the Single County Authority (SCA).  The Commission is responsible for facilitating the provision of a comprehensive and balanced continuum of care of quality substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment services for Lycoming and Clinton County residents.  The Commission seeks to reduce substance abuse disorders, alleviate its effect and ultimately eliminate the abuse and misuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. We are funded, in part, by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP).
