There's a song sung in the Unitarian Universalist tradition that includes the line "giving life the shape of Justice." Shape of Justice, the organization, was created at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Susquehanna Valley to do just that by responding to the incredibly high volume of low income women and girls who cannot afford period products. We realized that the Shape of Justice was the shape of tampons and pads, and our project, alleviating period poverty, needed its own dedicated organization.

We established Shape of Justice, Inc., as a 501c3 charity to provide period products for those in need. We now provide period products to about 60 food pantries, shelters, WIC offices, schools, and other organizations in 16 rural counties in Pennsylvania who are our partners in this work. With your help, we continue to grow along with the need.

Our mission is to provide free period products to low income women and girls in rural Pennsylvania. Menstruators should not have to choose between putting food on the table, going to school, and safely and conveniently managing their menstrual cycle needs.

Help us give life the Shape of Justice: Support us, then invite your friends. You can be the difference in the lives of women and girls in a precarious world.
