Ronald McDonald House of Danville

The Ronald McDonald of Danville (RMHD) is celebrating 45 years in 2026! RMHD provides a home-away-from-home for families of children receiving medical care at local hospitals. Since 1981, RMHD has served over 440,000 families from 65 out of 67 Pennsylvania counties, 34 states, and 27 countries. 

The Ronald McDonald House has 19 guest rooms, 2 efficiency suites, fully-stocked kitchen, laundry, exterior playground, and so much more. Our Family Room inside the local children's hospital extends the support of our Ronald McDonald House into the hospital by offering a quiet, comfortable place for families to rest and regroup during their child's treatment - helping to reduce stress and focus on their own health and well-being while their child is being cared for just steps away.

RMHD is the proud partner of Camp Dost. The program gives pediatric cancer patients the opportunity to enjoy a summer camp experience without worrying about medical care.
