Muncy School District Board of Directors alone cannot fund the additional financial support that our students require.  The Muncy School District Foundation provides a means for our community to become involved and to make a difference in the lives of our students. 

The purpose of the Muncy School District Foundation (MSDF) is to provide, promote and finance programs, activities and projects for the benefit of the students of the Muncy School District, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.

  1. Academic – Donations raised for academic projects and programs will provide grants that promote innovative, educational and unique learning opportunities for Muncy School District Students.
  2. Arts – Funds will support the arts, music and drama programming within the Muncy School District. 
  3. Athletics – Funds will support the athletic programs of the District. 
  4. Scholarships – Funds will be used to award annual scholarships to seniors attending post-secondary schools. 
  5. General Foundation Fund – The District’s needs continually change.  By making an unrestricted donation, it will allow MSDF to evaluate the District’s needs and direct funds to an area of greatest impact.
