  • The goal of Muncy CAP is to continue to make a difference in the well-being of the youth of our community, and provide a positive outlet for them during the summer months. Not only are we fundraising to continue our Summer Rec free of charge, but we have also added new educationanl programs to the list of the many engaging activities so our children can walk away at the end of the summer with great memories!
