Who We are

Homeless and abandoned pets such as Onyx, Shane, Mopsy, and Ellie call the Lycoming County SPCA home when they have nowhere else to go. 2,636 animals needed the services of the Lycoming County SPCA in 2025. Some were homeless, others were abandoned, and still others were rescued from dangerous conditions. Join us as we seek to make Lycoming County a safe place for even its smallest residents.

About Us:

The Lycoming County SPCA is the county's only full-service animal shelter. We provide more than a home-between-homes for animals in need. Some of our other services include:
