At Lycoming-Clinton Joinder, our mission is to provide essential mental health, intellectual disability, early intervention, and many other human services to those who need them most. We work to ensure that individuals and families across Lycoming and Clinton Counties receive the support they deserve – whether it’s navigating behavioral health challenges, finding resources for children with developmental needs, or strengthening families in crisis.

This year, we are participating in Raise the Region to fund programs that support children, youth, and families within Lycoming County. Your donation will help us expand access to critical services, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Lycoming-Clinton System of Care: Creating a Network of Support

One of our most impactful initiatives is the Lycoming-Clinton System of Care, which brings together families, providers, and community partners to support children and youth facing mental health and behavioral challenges. This program ensures that families have access to a coordinated, trauma-informed, and family-driven system that prioritizes early intervention, crisis prevention, and ongoing support.

Funds raised through this campaign will be used exclusively within Lycoming County to:

✔ Expand Mental Health Support – Increase access to counseling, therapy, and behavioral health resources for children and youth.

✔ Strengthen Family & Caregiver Services – Provide education, advocacy, and tools for families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges.

✔ Enhance Community Collaboration – Build stronger partnerships between schools, healthcare providers, and local agencies to ensure seamless support.

✔ Train Providers & Caregivers – Offer training on trauma-informed care, helping professionals and families better support children in need.
