The Improved Milton Experience (TIME) is a vibrant nonprofit dedicated to the revitalization and economic development of downtown Milton, PA. Our mission is to serve as a dynamic catalyst for community pride by celebrating the best of Milton’s past, present, and future. We envision a clean, safe, historically significant, and architecturally interesting community, and we are committed to engaging residents, businesses, and partners to bring that vision to life. Through our programs and initiatives, TIME works to strengthen Milton’s identity, support local vitality, and create a welcoming environment for all.
