Over 1,000 Cats Impacted in 2025.

Our organization may be small, but our impact is huge. Since March 2024, we have impacted over 1,800 cats in our community through TNR, intake or adoption. We have helped to change the narrative surrounding feral cats and advocated for programs and communities that support them. We have accomplished this with the incredible support of our community and hope during this year's Raise the Region, you will consider us when donating.

Every single stray cat is the result of a negligent person.

The cats we serve didn't ask to be born. They exist in a world that largely views them as nuisances, burdens or vermin. We recognize them as living beings worthy of respect, dignity and care. Many of the cats we impact are truly feral, suspicious of people and uncomfortable contained. But an equal number have known people to be kind.  Our mission has always been rooted in the belief that all cats, regardless of temperament, deserve equal care and compassion.

We treat every cat as an individual.

For the majority of our cats, we improve their health and quality of life through TNR.
They return to their colonies sterilized, vaccinated and free from the stress, challenges and risks of being intact.

Some are suffering and we provide advanced care or a dignified death.

And some just need a chance to rest, recover and heal.

TNR Saves Lives.

We are humbled by the support of our community and in awe of the work we have accomplished with their support. We have not only sterilized over 1,300 community cats since 2024 but prevented hundreds of kittens from being born into suffering and hardship. Our team has advocated for cats, educated the public about TNR and changed the narrative on how to humanely manage feral cat populations.

We have built a community of people who care deeply
about cats and their welfare.

30 families and individuals acting as fosters for Friends & Ferals.

400 (and counting!) cats and kittens placed in loving, adoptive homes.

52 Municipalities supported through TNR projects.

5 Municipality funded TNR programs (and counting!) created in Columbia and Northumberland Counties.

And work together to make a difference.

We regularly showcase our cat at Cats in Bloom Cat Cafe and work together on projects local to Bloomsburg.

We support Pennsylvania Pets (PA PETS) with 'boots on the ground' volunteers for their clients who require assistance trapping, transporting and recovering feral cats in Columbia, Montour and Northumberland Counties.

We work with Blue Chip Animal Farm in Dallas and Griffin Pond Animal Shelter in Clarks Summit to help place semi-feral and feral cats in appropriate barn homes and showcase our adoptable cats at their shelter and through their rescue partners.

And support almost a dozen, independent TNR volunteers in their efforts to TNR in our community.

Thank you

for your continued support of us,

our mission and most importantly,

our cats.
