The Fellowship of Christian Farmers, International (FCFI) is a unique ministry with the national office in Kalamazoo, MI (www.fcfi.org). They have chapters across the United States, across Canada, and in New Zealand. There are three main branches within FCFI. 1) Evangelism - Sharing the Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ at many events including farm shows, tractor shows, dairy and agricultural events, many FFA state conventions across the US, and at many non-agricultural events such as home shows, arts and crafts fairs, and even RV shows. 2) Agricultural Disaster Relief - They send out teams of volunteers to various farms across the US and help farmers recover from damage and destruction brought on by any type of natural disaster (flooding, fire, hurricanes, snow storms). These volunteers will repair barns, rebuild destroyed fencing, clear debris and downed trees from farmer's fields so they can plant or harvest, and bring in free hay donated by other farmers to help the farms effected feed their animals until the next hay cutting. 3) Short Terms Missions Trips - Teams of volunteers go out to areas in need such as boys and girls camps across the US and help rebuild and repair as need to improve the camp. The Pennsylvania Northern Tier Chapter (PANTC) is based out of Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Williamsport, PA. They are a small chapter of volunteers that leave a big footprint! They attend events locally and even in surrounding states sharing the Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ. FCFI, including PANTC, is known for attending various agricultural events (farm shows, tractor shows dairy days, agricultural days, Future Farmers of America (FFA) state conventions (22 different states in 2025), county fairs, and other farm related events) and non-agricultural events (such as various festivals, home shows, arts and crafts fairs, Easter shows, and even RV shows). Look for people walking around the grounds with beautiful walking sticks and most likely there is an FCFI booth or tent at that event. The Wordless Walking Stick with the Wordless Bible colors is a staple piece used to share Jesus Christ's salvation message. The Pennsylvania Northern Tier Chapter (Chapter Coordinator is Michael Steele and Chapter Administrator is Karen Steele) has been in existence since 2018 and handles generally 15-18 events each year. They range from one day events up to six days with hours up to 13 each day at some events. Feel free to check out the FCFI national office website at www.fcfi.org for articles containing stories and pictures of PANTC in action at a recent event somewhere!! Check out PANTC at their own social media sites on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/fcfipantc/), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/fcfipantc/), and their blog (https://caboodletime.blogspot.com/). Where some social media sites are not updated very much you will find a lot of great pictures and stories regarding events PANTC is involved in with updates very regular. God bless and have a great day!!
The mission of the Pennsylvania Northern Tier Chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Farmers, International is to share the salvation message of Lord Jesus Christ and to encourage those that have not asked Jesus into their hearts and lives to do so if they would like to and to help them if they need assistance. Through the process of sharing the Gospel they give out various free items, including their very famous Wordless Walking Stick, each containing the Wordless Bible that is used as a visual aid in explaining the Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ. And all the people of this ministry encourage everyone they meet to live life each day in a way worthy of Jesus Christ and to read the Lord's Word (Bible) daily, talk to their Creator and Savior (Prayer), and to worship their wonderful Creator and Father in heaven through praise and Christian songs and hymns.
