Diapers for Darlings has been a ministry of First Presbyterian Church Wellsboro for the past six years. Our mission is to provide diapers, pullups, and wipes for children newborn to age four to supplement families in need of assistance. We also provide a clothing boutique of donated clothes, shoes, baby items, books, and toys for families to browse each month. Our team seeks to embody the Gospel message by meeting these physical needs, while building meaningful relationships with our families through conversation and prayer. 

In the last six years we have seen our numbers increase from 12 children served in January 2021 to 106 in February 2026. As our ministry continues to grow, we have relocated our Diapers for Darlings room to a larger space within the church. This allows for increased storage of diapers, clothing, and space for families to gather. To meet the continued needs of our families, we rely on the generosity of individuals, churches, and businesses for support.

We estimate that we need $20,000 to sustain this ministry in 2026. First Presbyterian Church Wellsboro has committed to providing $8,400 for 2026. We hope to raise the remaining funds from private donations, churches, and businesses. Would you partner with us to help meet the needs of local families?
