Advance Central PA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving as the designated Workforce Development Board for nine counties: Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union.
We lead a demand-driven workforce system that connects people to opportunity and helps local businesses thrive. Overseeing the region's PA CareerLink® locations, we prepare job seekers for sustainable careers, introduce young people to in-demand pathways, and ensure businesses have access to a skilled, local talent pool. Through this work, we are advancing individual potential and the overall economic strength of Central Pennsylvania.
